Customize task colors and column limits

Recolor the stages and cap how much work can sit in a column.

Use the palette icon on the Tasks board to open the customization panel. There you can:

These settings apply to the whole organization, because a team’s workflow is shared across all its projects.

Change the color of each stage so the board reads at a glance.
Set a work-in-progress limit for a column. A column over its limit is flagged — never blocked.
